Our Philosophy
We believe in the power of education to combat racism.
We believe that every school can be an environment where diversity is valued, and respect for all humans is a core belief.
By working with educators and students, we aim to build future generations of Australians who reject racism and celebrate diversity.
For Educators
We want to empower teachers and school leaders to address racism in schools. We understand that teachers have limited time to engage in Professional Development, so we ensure each element of our training programs is valuable, giving educators the knowledge and tools they need to implement change.
For Students
We work with students to conceptualise values, understand racism, and build the confidence to reject bias and prejudice.
Our workshops are active and inclusive. They empower every student to be the best possible version of themselves.
