CONSULTING FOR SCHOOL LEADERS
We work with school executives and leaders to develop and implement plans that promote cohesive school environments to proactively work against antisemitism.
We will work with you to define the existing culture of the school, identify core values, and plan the integration of a suite of elements to address antisemitism.
We use a strength-based approach with a view to embedding meaningful, sustainable change.
TRAINING FOR EDUCATORS
We offer in-service professional development for teachers, focused on identifying, preventing and confronting antisemitism.
We empower educators to have hard conversations about Judaism, antisemitism and Israel.
We offer:
90 minute after-school PD
Half day PD
Full day PD (incl. action planning)
Ideally, full day PD will involve an element of action planning, to ensure the day’s learning is entrenched in the life of the school.
TRAINING FOR STUDENTS
We work with students to help them recognise and build resilience to antisemitism.
We offer:
Short presentations to fit within one or two lessons
Full-day incursions
We also provide specific training for student leadership teams, guiding them to lead with compassion, strength and respect for all people.
MEDIATION SERVICES
We offer professional mediation services, provided at your location. We specialise in mediating racism-related conflicts. These conflicts may occur between any combination of staff, parents, students or the community.
